Bill Seaman

Bill Seaman is Assistant Head of Norfolk Museums Service.  He taught in the UK and abroad and worked in community theatre before his first museum role as Head of Public Events at The Natural History Museum.  Developing his museum experience he moved into management at museums in Colchester and Birmingham while taking an MA in Museum Studies.  His current role has seen him project manage the redevelopment of Norwich Castle and lead a six year development programme for museums in the East of England.  He heads a team developing entrepreneurial opportunities for museums to meet growing public expectations in a context of reduced public funding.
