About Our Neighbourhood
The waterfront is just outside our front door, ideal for a breakout stroll or how about a 5 minute walk to the town center. Once you're here there are an abundance of great local restaurants and bars as well as shops, so you can nip out and buy a quick outfit or gift. We also have Ipswich train station just a 5 minute taxi ride away so making your way here from London or Cambridge is quite simple.

How to find us
The Eastern Enterprise Hub is located in Ipswich, Suffolk on the east coast of England, approximately 90 miles from London or 65 miles from Cambridge.
By road: From the Midlands and the North, take the A14 East towards Ipswich. From London and the South turn off the M25 at J28 onto the A12 to Ipswich then join the A14. Follow the A14 East (signposted to Felixstowe) to junction 56, (signposted A137 Ipswich Central). Follow the A137 and town centre signposted on approaching the town centre (after the Audi Garage & Felaw Maltings), cross over the river in the right hand lane. The Novotel Hotel should be directly ahead. Turn right at the roundabout into Star Lane (so Novotel now on your left) and stay in the right hand lane, signposted Felixstowe. After the third set of traffic lights the road bears round to the right. Take the left hand lane. Follow the road round to the left, still following signs to Felixstowe. At the traffic lights by UCS (large glass building) turn right onto Duke Street. At the next traffic lights turn right (by 'Tax Assist Accountants') and you will see our building ahead with a pay & display car park on the right.
By train: A regular train service runs from London Liverpool Street to Ipswich Station, taking approximately one hour. From the Midlands and the North, there are connecting trains to Ipswich from Peterborough (via Ely or Cambridge). A regular service to Ipswich departs from Norwich once every half hour at peak travel times. We are located a 5 min taxi journey from Ipswich Rail Station.To drive from Ipswich Train Station with Ipswich railway station to your right, proceed along Burrell Road. At the traffic lights go straight ahead and over stoke bridge (keeping in the right hand lane). The Novotel Hotel should be directly ahead. Turn right at the roundabout into Star Lane and stay in the right hand lane, signposted Felixstowe. After the third set of traffic lights the road bears round to the right. Take the left hand lane. Follow the road round to the left, still following signs to Felixstowe. At the traffic lights by UCS (large glass building) right onto Duke Street. At the next traffic lights turn right and you will see our building ahead with a car park on the left.
By air: The nearest major airport to Stansted Airport which is located just over a one hour drive from us, making it easily accessible from areas around the UK and the continent.
Parking: There is a car park next to Eastern Enterprise Hub which is £3.00/day or 40p an hour.
